Under the Boardwalk

(Wednesday's late post.) There's been a different look to the river in the last week or so as it's been partially drained. All the narrow and houseboats have been moved further along the river and punts locked up like this have been left high and, partially, dry. I noticed the ducks were having a feeding frenzy though - I guess the lower level brings more food within their reach. What with the recent sour-turn in the weather it all looks a bit bleak and depressing...
